Uncle Joe, as my step-dad Joe Vitak always referred to him, was a good hearted man with a green thumb. I received from Joe and my mother, a Plumeria-one of many Uncle Joe had grown and shared. The plant grew but never flourished until I shared it with a friend who had a warm, consistently sunny place for it. That plant is now at least 19 years years old and finally blooming. A family legacy to carry on. Uncle Joe is remembered even by those outside the close family. God Bless

My mother, Anna Shupinka Toczek , she enjoyed her visits with Joe. She always spoke well of him, he was such a nice man. If mom were able, she would have been there, She passed away in January this year at 101.

Uncle Joe will be greatly missed. He was a wonderful man who always took the time to remember everyone's birthdays and anniversaries. We have many fond memories of him.
